Bonds were crashing too overnight that must have spooked him. It's not over yet with 125% tariffs in response to their 84% (as of now) with our biggest trading partner.
Sold into the rally 5% of my holdings and would buy back, when it goes sharply down most likely tomorrow! There must be a lot of "short squeeze" going on.

Did T capitulate or what? The man loves drama.
Did you forget his 1st term?
Tariff talks are going well, one day.
Tariff talks not going well, the next day.
This guy made his friends very rich.
This time he is doing it at scale, since he knows he got away from jail, he even got away from death!
Nothing can stop him now.

He sure is keeping me busy with the volatility created by his erratic SM posts and policies.
Averaging almost grand a day for the 107 trading days since the fateful Tuesday last November.
This is just an event-driven market, imagine the number of positive and negative events that could happen while negotiating with 180+ countries individually. Four years are not going to be enough; we need the third term Vance/Trump 2028, Vance resigns, and Trump becomes the POTUS!

Thanks, but this is only on the 'trading' portion of the portfolio. The 'investment' portion of the portfolio has tanked like everyone else's. The 'cash' part of the portfolio is the only portion I consider as real money

Horrible delivery report but TSLA is up based on the rumor that Musk is "getting out of dodge" of DOGE! But I doubt this can redeem his reputation and resurrect his sales and the stock.
Musk may get out of DOGE, but will he get out of Trump's orbit is the question. As long as he keeps inserting himself in the right wing politics I think EV car loving liberals around the world are going to hate him. Another leftist slowly drifting towards MAGA world is Bill Maher. I watch his real time show on You Tube every weekend and I always felt he was a sane voice among the progressives. But off late he seems to be fed up with far left politics and has softened his views on Trump and right in general. I read that he even had dinner with Trump along with Kid Rock recently at the white house. He may do his next show wearing a MAGA hat!
I think Maher is an opportunist. He was a libertarian in the 90s, a classic liberal in the early to mid 2000s, an Obama progressive in the 2010s and now Trump centrist?
So about that Maher Trump meeting -
Make sure to read those YT comments.

Bill Maher has lost many progressive fans going by the thousands of YouTube comments. I think he is a sell out and lost credibility after this.

First of the big tech, Netflix is out with earnings today after market close. It gets more interesting and volatile from now.
