A bunch of new captains, talks of breaching 300 runs, hopes of jersey 18 finally winning the IPL 18th edition, possible swansong for a legend - can't wait!

CSK stuck in the past and giving a lot of anxiety. The only reason I watch their matches these days is for the unbelievable stumpings by Dhoni especially in comparison to how other younger wicketkeepers are doing. Maybe CSK should only play him as a wicketkeeper and replace him with another batter when they are chasing and the opposite when they are batting first.
Most teams are struggling with as many as 6 having won only 1 out of 3.
RCB is having a good start but that's usual since they always end badly.
Not sure when MI would have the guts to drop Rohit.

Pant again failed today - total of 19 runs in 4 matches for a pay of 27 Crores! Hopefully he crosses 27 runs in the season to at least break the "A run per crore" ROI!

Thala is back as the 'Thala' (leader) for CSK - hopefully their fortunes changes starting tomorrow.
One of the two worst team in the league along with MI - no matter what they do, they are expected to lose in the end.

Finally, MI and CSK sneak in a win each! MI due to some suicidal running by the opposition and accurate throwing, CSK due to its tight bowling and 'modern' powerplay hitting.

MSD became the oldest ever to win the player of the match award and that's their issue since he seems to be their best player this season.

Great inspiring comeback by MI and consistent performance by RCB, GT and DC. They would be my final four!

What an amazing century in 35 balls by the 14-year-old Vaibhav!

Hopefully, guidance from Dravid would help him keep level-headed and not turn out to be another Kambli.
